Transportation: Access to a reliable vehicle capable of safely transporting all necessary equipment (tables, brewing gear, supplies, etc.) to and from event locations.
Flexibility: Availability to work various schedules, often including weekends and early mornings/evenings, as dictated by event schedules (trade shows, weddings, markets).
Communication: A dedicated method of communication (phone/email) and responsiveness for scheduling and event coordination with The Fancy Coffee management.
Food Safety Knowledge: Commitment to following local health and safety regulations for food/beverage preparation and serving (relevant certifications are a strong plus).
